PlugOnce transfers files locally. This website is not involved in those transfers.
Website
The website has no accounts, forms or analytics trackers. Your browser stores your selected interface language and theme.
File transfers
Files move directly between your Mac and the connected device. They are not uploaded through this website or to PlugOnce cloud storage.
Diagnostics
Diagnostic data stays on your Mac unless you choose to share it. Always review a report before sending it.
Purchase and email
Start a purchase in the app: Settings → License. The licensing server uses the purchase email, currency, amount, payment status and payment reference to verify payment and issue a license. Lava.top processes the payment; you enter payment details with that service. Review its terms and handling of payment data on the checkout page before paying.
License and device
The server stores the link between the license, purchase and activated device, the device public key and activation details. The app signs activation and license refresh requests. This does not send the files on your Mac or Switch.
Email and recovery
Email may be used to deliver a key and recovery code through Resend when those features are enabled. Recovery verifies ownership of the purchase email; moving a license to another Mac requires confirmation. Do not post keys, codes or payment details on the forum.
Network and offline use
The app contacts the server to check available features, trial status, activation and license renewal. For the trial, the server stores a device identifier and public key, app version, and start and end dates. A signed license confirmation stays on your Mac and allows up to 30 days offline in total, including the grace period; an individual signed confirmation may expire sooner. After that, the app needs a server connection to renew it.
Retention and requests
The service retains payment and license records needed to verify and recover a purchase. A single published retention period for these records has not yet been established. For data processing questions, email mrfoxset@agentmail.to. Do not post personal details on the public forum.
Update checks
When checking for updates, the app requests version and release information from a protected HTTPS endpoint. The hosting provider may retain standard technical request logs.
