What a PlugOnce license includes, and how the trial, purchase and offline use work.
14 days to try it
The trial starts when you first launch the app and lasts 14 days. Before buying, test the features you need with your Mac, device and cable. Confirming the trial requires a server connection; a first launch without a network does not guarantee 14 days of offline use.
One key, one Mac
A license can be active on one Mac at a time. To move it, first deactivate it on the previous Mac. If that Mac is unavailable or you cannot recover the activation, contact support with your purchase email.
One purchase, including updates
The license is perpetual, with no subscription. It includes all future PlugOnce updates at no additional upgrade charge. This does not promise a particular number of releases or delivery dates for individual features. The app offers available updates; installation requires your participation.
Up to 30 days offline
After activation or a successful license refresh, the app can work without contacting the server for up to 30 days in total, including the grace period; an individual signed confirmation may expire sooner. Once that period ends, connect to the server to continue paid operations. The app refreshes the confirmation automatically when a connection is available. This does not turn the perpetual license into a subscription.
How to pay
Start in PlugOnce: Settings → License → Go to Payment. The app opens a checkout page linked to your purchase in your browser. Check the price, currency, seller details and terms before paying. Do not pay directly from the general Lava.top product listing: that purchase may not be linked to the app.
Paid but no license
Do not pay again. Return to the app and check the purchase status. If that does not help, contact support with your purchase email and order number. Do not send payment card details, verification codes or your full license key.
Refunds and disputes
The trial lets you test the app before paying. A voluntary refund solely for changing your mind is not promised. Your mandatory rights under applicable law and the Lava.top refund rules still apply. If the purchase was not delivered, a charge was duplicated or another payment problem occurred, contact support and use the payment provider’s dispute process.
Installing on Mac
Current builds are distributed without Developer ID signing or Apple notarization. macOS may require you to allow the app to open manually. Use the official download link, compare the SHA-256 for that specific file and follow the guide; you do not need to disable macOS security globally.
